Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

Christian Caron joined Pyrotech BEI in 2008 as a forensic expert (electrical engineer) conducting fire investigations. A member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, he holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal, obtained in 2006.

Within the electrical engineering department, Christian investigates the origin and cause of fires in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. He conducts laboratory analyses, with a particular focus on electrical equipment examinations. He has also completed several additional training programs, allowing him to keep abreast of the latest innovations in his field. With his professional background, he is recognized as an expert witness in court.

In his spare time, Christian practices and follows various sports and enjoys travelling, especially on sports trips.
