Ice dams are accumulations of ice that usually form on the roof of certain types of houses/buildings next to roof overhangs. When snow melts on a roof, these dams promote the accumulation of water and significant infiltration inside the building. Le 28 octobre dernier, Pyrotech BEI a donné sa première formation virtuelle grâce à la plateforme MS TEAMS. Cette formation, donnée par MM. Jean-Sébastien Fortin et Fabio Melo et qui traitait de l’Enveloppe du bâtiment – les dommages par l’eau, a été un grand succès. Elle a été présentée à plus d’une cinquantaine de membres de l’Association des professionnels en assurance de l'Estrie (APAE).
